Job Purpose

Senior PMO/Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving the evolution of the Engineering CRMour organization's internal onestop application powering employee productivity, collaboration, and transparency. This role exists to deeply understand crossdepartmental business processes, translate real operational needs into scalable product features, and ensure endtoend delivery of CRM modules from conceptualization to deployment. The purpose of this role is to bridge business requirements with technology execution, ensuring that the CRM platform continuously improves, remains user-centric, and supports strategic organizational goals.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Requirement Gathering & Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with all departments to capture business needs, process challenges, and new feature ideas.
  • Conduct requirement workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions with stakeholders.
  • Convert discussions into detailed requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Serve as the primary communication bridge between business units and the CRM engineering team.
  • Product Ideation & Feature Ownership
  • Conceptualize new modules or enhancements for the Engineering CRM platform.
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or workflow optimization.
  • Own feature delivery from idea to production release, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Project Planning & Delivery Management
  • Drive project timelines, roadmaps, and delivery milestones.
  • Facilitate sprint ceremonies: planning, backlog grooming, prioritization, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, designers, and infra teams to ensure smooth releases.
  • Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and execution reports.
  • Documentation & Process Excellence
  • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, workflows, wireframes, and release documentation.
  • Document SOPs, training material, and usage guides for new modules.
  • Promote standardization across teams through CRM-driven processes.
  • Quality Assurance & User Adoption
  • Support QA teams by validating features and coordinating UAT cycles.
  • Conduct demos, feature walk-throughs, and user onboarding sessions.
  • Gather feedback, monitor feature adoption, and drive continuous improvements.

Required Qualifications And Experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, PMO, or Product Coordination roles.

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, PMO, or Product Coordination roles.
  • Experience delivering internal tools, enterprise platforms, or CRM-like applications.
  • Exposure to cross-functional work involving development, QA, UI/UX, and business teams.
  • Strong experience creating process maps, user journeys, and structured requirement documentation.

Core Business Analysis & PMO Skills

  • Strong expertise in requirement gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation.
  • Sound understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint-based execution.
  • Ability to design workflows using tools like Miro, Lucidchart, Visio, etc.

Technical & Product Skills

  • Understanding of web/mobile application behavior and internal enterprise tooling.
  • Ability to translate business processes into structured product features.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP/workforce management tools or internal employee platforms is a plus.

Stakeholder & Communication Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication across business and technical teams.
  • Confidence in leading discussions, driving alignment, and managing expectations.
  • High ownership and accountability mindset.

Analytical & Execution Skills

  • Strong problem solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and multitask effectively across projects.
