This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Project Architect located in Bengaluru. The position involves overseeing architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring designs meet educational objectives and comply with industry standards. Responsibilities include managing submittals, leading project teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, implementing sustainable design practices, and utilizing advanced tools such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) for project execution. The Senior Project Architect will also mentor junior architects and contribute to the innovation of educational facility designs.

• Minimum 7+ years of architectural experience.
• B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and client-handling capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
