Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position in Bengaluru, India, for a Senior Project Architect. The role involves managing and overseeing architectural projects, preparing and reviewing design submittals, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring compliance with design standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architectural design, and a strong background in project design and development
• Proficiency in Autocad, Photoshop & Sketchup
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards is a plus
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the Bengaluru region
