We are looking for a Project Architect with 56 years of professional experience in Commercial and Residential Architecture to join our growing studio and contribute to some of the most exciting and promising developments in the country.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a reputed institution

Strong experience in Residential & Commercial projects with reputed architectural firms

Proven ability to handle design development and fast-track project execution

Thorough understanding of Bylaws, DCR, NBC and statutory compliances

Strong exposure to on-site coordination and construction processes

Demonstrated experience through a comprehensive professional portfolio

Software Proficiency (Mandatory):

AutoCAD | Revit | SketchUp | Photoshop | Microsoft Office | AI-based design tools

Role Expectations:

The candidate should be confident in coordinating with:

Clients (new & existing), Design Teams, Project Teams, Consultants, Vendors and Contractors ensuring seamless design development and execution.

We are looking for someone who combines design sensitivity with technical depth and execution capability.
