We're looking for a seasoned and self-drivenSenior Project Architectto join our dynamic team at Fab Interiors. This leadership role focuses on overseeing the transition from finalized design drawings to on-site execution. You'll work closely with contractors, vendors, and clients to bring high-end residential and interior design projects to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the on-site execution of projects post-design finalization.
- Coordinate efficiently with contractors, vendors, consultants, and the internal design team.
- Oversee and finalize elements related tolighting, home automation, and other technical services.
- Review technical drawings for design adherence and timeline management.
- Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain clear, confident communication with clients, managing their expectations and feedback.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience insite coordination, detailing, and MEP integration.
- Background inluxury residential or hospitality interiors(preferred).
- Expertise in managing lighting, automation, millwork, Furniture etc
- Excellent communication andclient-handling skills.
- Ability to anticipate and resolve site-related challenges proactively.
- Strong attention to detail with a solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
- B.Arch. degree Or Engineering degree
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in construction field with a strong focus on execution and delivery.
