Responsibilities :
Lead and manage a small team of developers focused on the Progress OpenEdge back office system.
Define technical direction for system improvements, focusing on stability, maintenance, and standardisation across countries.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement robust Progress solutions.
Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of application fixes and standardisation changes.
Ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
Monitor system performance and address any issues.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of on-premise development processes.
Collaborate with architects and InfoSec on system status and active vulnerabilities.
