Senior Progress Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small team of developers focused on the Progress OpenEdge back office system
• Define technical direction for system improvements focusing on stability maintenance and standardisation across countries
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement robust Progress solutions
• Oversee the development testing and deployment of application fixes and standardisation changes
• Ensure code quality and adherence to standards
• Monitor system performance and address any issues
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of on premise development processes
• Collaborate with architects and InfoSec on system status and active vulnerabilities
