- Ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Monitor system performance and address any issues.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of on-premise development processes.
- Collaborate with architects and InfoSec on system status and active vulnerabilities.
