We're looking for a highly technical Programmatic Manager to own and scale demand across our ad exchange.
This is not a GAM or trafficking role — we're looking for hands-on experience with OpenRTB, Prebid, VAST, and real demand integrations.
You'll work directly with partners such as Criteo, PubMatic, Microsoft, Freewheel, Google, InMobi, Amazon, Nexxen, Sovrn, Equativ, and Magnite.
What you'll do- Integrate and manage demand partners (DSPs, SSPs, exchanges)
- Work directly with OpenRTB bid requests/responses
- Manage integrations across: CTV, In-App, Web, Native, and Audio
- SDK-based and server-to-server setups
- Work with Prebid, VAST, TAM, and custom integrations
- Monitor and optimize CPMs, bid density, fill rate, demand performance
- Troubleshoot RTB issues, integrations, and demand drops
- Ensure clean data, reconciliation, and revenue quality
- Monitor and act on IVT (Human, Pixalate, DoubleVerify)
What we're looking for- 3+ years in programmatic (demand-side focus)
- Hands-on experience with:
- OpenRTB
- Prebid
- VAST
- Experience across CTV, in-app, or web environments
- Experience working with SDK integrations and supply environments
- Experience integrating and scaling demand partners
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset
- Familiarity with IVT / traffic quality tools
