Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic programs for enterprise clients, bridging business objectives and technology solutions. This role requires strong client management, technical fluency, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions across systems, data, and processes. The ideal candidate combines the strategic thinking of a consultant with the execution discipline and technical understanding of a Data Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise Client Management: Partner with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders to understand business priorities, shape solutions, and drive strategic initiatives.
• Strategic Program Leadership: Own program scoping, planning, roadmaps, governance, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
• Business & Technology Alignment: Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution approaches, working closely with engineering, data, and product teams.
• Systems & Process Transformation: Assess workflows and platform capabilities, identify limitations in tools such as Recruiterflow, and drive decisions on integrations, workarounds, or alternative solutions.
• Data & Technology Programs: Lead data warehouse initiatives, including requirements gathering, data source mapping, dependency management, implementation planning, and delivery oversight.
• Risk & Stakeholder Management: Manage cross-functional dependencies, anticipate risks, communicate trade-offs, and drive timely decisions across client and internal teams.
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in program management, data program management, technology consulting, or enterprise transformation.
• Strong understanding of data systems, integrations, APIs, databases, and technology architecture, with the ability to engage in technical discussions.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise clients and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, communication, and attention to detail.
• MBA preferred; experience in technology, data, or management consulting is an advantage.
