Program Leadership and Delivery
- Lead and monitor complex, cross-functional programs
- Coordinate projects across teams and stakeholders
- Apply structured change, risk, and resource management
- Drive risk mitigation and communicate impacts clearly
People Management
- Lead and develop Program Associates and Managers
- Set and uphold high execution standards
Executive Influence and Alignment
- Manage senior stakeholders and drive accountability
- Provide recommendations supported by impact analysis and sound judgement
- Influence decisions and alignment without formal authority
Program Framework and Vision
- Evolve the program management framework with cross-functional partners
- Shape the medium- to long-term vision for planning and risk management
