Senior Program Manager - ITH/I

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
• Define program objectives, scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Drive governance, risk management, and change control processes.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor program performance and provide executive-level reporting on status, issues, and dependencies.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of all project components.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the program team.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
