Role Description The Senior Program Manager will oversee end-to-end immigration and visa programs, ensuring smooth delivery of services and adherence to regulatory requirements. This full-time, on-site role in Canada involves planning and managing multiple client projects, coordinating with consultants, and aligning program activities with company goals. The role includes monitoring timelines and budgets, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement in service quality. The Senior Program Manager will also mentor team members, manage stakeholder expectations, and prepare regular reports for leadership on program performance and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong program and project management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and performance tracking.
• Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and maintain long-term professional relationships.
