About Eloelo Group
Eloelo Group is one of India's fastest-growing consumer technology companies, building category-defining products at the intersection of content, technology, and culture. The Group's flagship products — Story TV in micro-drama and Master in micro-learning — have together placed two Eloelo apps in India's Top 10, reaching over 100 million Indians who consume short-form vertical content every day.
Story TV is India's leading micro-drama platform, with 10M+ users and 500+ original titles produced in partnership with studios like Balaji Telefilms and Applause Entertainment. Master is India's #1 micro-learning app, scaling to 5M+ users in 50 days with 1,000+ bite-sized courses across AI, finance, English, and life skills.
The Founder's Office is the strategic nerve center of the Group — where vision meets execution, and where the next generation of vertical-first consumer experiences for Bharat is being built.
Role Overview
Program Manager – Founder's Office is a high-impact, high-visibility role designed for an entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and complexity. You will act as a force multiplier for the Founder/CEO — driving strategic initiatives across Eloelo Group's micro-drama and micro-learning businesses, managing cross-functional programs, and ensuring organizational priorities are executed with speed and precision.
This role demands equal parts strategic thinking, operational excellence, and creative-business fluency. You will build pace, not just plans.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Execution & Program Management
- Own and drive the execution of key strategic initiatives originating from the Founder's Office across the Group's micro-drama and micro-learning verticals.
- Build and maintain a dynamic program roadmap — tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes across content slates, product launches, growth campaigns, and market expansions.
- Translate high-level strategic goals (e.g., scaling Story TV to 100M users, establishing Master as Bharat's lifelong learning companion) into structured plans with clear OKRs, timelines, and accountability matrices.
- Conduct regular progress reviews with business unit heads across both verticals and flag deviations proactively to the Founder.
Founder's Office Operations
- Manage the Founder's bandwidth across multiple CEO mandates by prioritizing inbound requests, preparing briefing materials, and ensuring follow-through on commitments.
- Draft high-quality communication on behalf of the Founder — memos, board presentations, investor updates, partnership pitches, and strategic notes around category creation in micro-drama and micro-learning.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the Founder is well-prepared for key meetings, talent signings, studio partnerships, and category-defining moments.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information — slate strategy, deal terms, financials, and talent contracts.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Governance
- Serve as the primary coordination node between the Founder's Office and all functional teams — Content & Studios, Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, Finance, HR, and BD — across both verticals.
- Lead structured governance mechanisms including weekly leadership syncs, monthly business reviews, quarterly planning, and all-hands preparation.
- Identify and resolve organizational bottlenecks — whether a content pipeline stall, product release slip, or hiring gap — escalating only what requires Founder-level attention.
- Champion a culture of accountability, documentation, and knowledge-sharing as the Group scales rapidly across teams and geographies.
Special Projects & Business Development
- Lead and manage special projects at the Founder's direction — new vertical launches, language expansion (Hindi to regional), creator and talent deals, IP partnerships, studio M&A, and international plays in short-form content.
- Conduct industry and competitive analysis across the global short-form ecosystem — ReelShort, DramaBox, Kuku TV, Flick TV in micro-drama; and the broader EdTech and creator-led learning landscape — synthesizing insights into executive-ready formats.
- Support fundraising, investor relations, and M&A activities, including data room management, due diligence coordination, and narrative development.
- Build relationships with external partners — production houses, talent agencies, distribution platforms, content studios, and investors — on behalf of the Group.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in program management, management consulting, strategy, or a Chief of Staff / Founder's Office role
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification from a reputed institution preferred; strong academic pedigree a plus.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a high-growth consumer internet, media, OTT, EdTech, or creator-economy business is highly desirable.
- Comfort working with content production cycles, creator/talent ecosystems, or short-form video formats is a strong plus.
- Exposure to business operations, P&L management, or 0→1 venture building is a strong differentiator
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication — you can distill complexity into clarity and craft narratives that move people.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking — comfortable with retention cohorts, content economics, financial models, and strategic frameworks.
- High emotional intelligence — you can hold space with a creative director, a tech lead, a talent manager, and an investor in the same afternoon, and bring all four to the same outcome.
- Mastery of productivity and project management tools (Notion, Asana, Google Workspace, MS Office Suite).
- Ability to context-switch rapidly between strategic planning and ground-level execution without losing focus.
- Bias for speed — the short-form world moves in days, not quarters, and you keep up.
- Discretion, integrity, and a deep sense of ownership — you treat the organization's goals as your own.
What You'll Gain
- Direct and daily exposure to the Founder's strategic thinking and decision-making across two category-defining consumer apps.
- A rare vantage point on how India's micro-drama and micro-learning categories are being built in rear time.
- Real ownership of programs touching tens of millions of users.
- A fast track to senior leadership — previous Founder's Office incumbents have moved into business head and VP roles within the Group.
- A collaborative, merit-driven culture that celebrates initiative, speed, and bold thinking.
- Competitive compensation commensurate with experience, including performance-linked incentives.
