Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Program Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Senior Program Manager will lead and manage cross-functional programs, oversee project timelines, coordinate with clients and internal teams, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery of SOC development projects. The individual will also be responsible for driving process improvements, enabling collaboration across teams, and maintaining client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in project man
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10-12 years of Project/Program Management or related work experience
• Pre Si HW project Management – ASIC development.    
• Program Management experience with program management tools such as dashboards, Gantt charts, etc.
