About the role:
The Senior Program Manager will serve as the State Lead, directing interventions across the state by managing a diverse team of Education Specialists, coordinators, and officers. The role focuses on transforming learning ecosystems through educational technology and capacity building to foster 21st-century skills. This position is responsible for all government relations, content development oversight, and the successful execution of project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
1. State Strategy & Revie
- wAnchor the state strategy in alignment with organizational priorities and a systems-change lens
- .Develop long-term (35 year) state plans, including detailed budgets and team structures
- .Ensure operational plans feature clear quarterly milestones for curriculum development and capacity building
- .Conduct monthly field visits to engage with learners, teachers, and district officials to evaluate program effectiveness

2. Advocacy & Thought Leadersh
- ipDrive the advocacy agenda by building strategic relationships with state departments such as the SSA and SCER
