About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead event production from concept to execution. This is not just a coordination role we're looking for someone with deep operational expertise who knows how to manage costs, negotiate with vendors, oversee setup, and ensure flawless execution on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end production planning for corporate events, exhibitions, brand activations, and experiential projects.
2. Prepare detailed costings and budgets, ensuring cost control without compromising quality.
3. Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, and contracts for fabrication, AV, staging, lighting, printing, etc.
4. Oversee on-site setup, technical runs, and show flow to ensure timely delivery.
5. Collaborate with client servicing & creative teams to ensure production aligns with event concept and client expectations.
6. Maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and ensure quality standards are met.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: 510 years in event production with small-to-mid-size event agencies (team size 1520 ideal).
Strong knowledge of fabrication, AV equipment, lighting, staging, branding, and logistics.
Proven cost management and vendor negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
Hands-on operational mindset comfortable working on the floor and leading crews.
Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate immediately.
Preferred Background
Previous experience in event companies .
Candidates from agencies handling both corporate and experiential events will be prioritized.
