VORC Motors is a fast-growing electric vehicle manufacturing company with an active production setup and strong in-house R&D, Design, Purchase, and Quality teams. We are hiring a hands-on Production Engineer who can take complete ownership of shop-floor execution and grow with us as we scale.
This is not a desk role. We're looking for someone who thrives in a startup manufacturing environment and is ready to own outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily production as per targets, quality, and timelines
- Manage shop-floor operations including manpower, machines, and material flow
- Coordinate with R&D, Design, Purchase, Quality, and Stores teams
- Support prototype builds, trials, pilot runs, and development activities
- Handle plant activities including 5S, discipline, reporting, and documentation
- Maintain production MIS, output tracking, and efficiency metrics
- Support plant compliance and safety activities (added advantage)
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned production areas
Requirements
- BE / BTech / Diploma Mechanical / Automobile / Production / Manufacturing
- 36 years of core experience as a Production Engineer in a manufacturing plant
- Experience in automobile / EV / assembly-based manufacturing preferred
- Exposure to plant compliance or factory documentation is a plus
- Strong execution mindset, ownership attitude, and flexibility
- Immediate joiner preferred (replacement role)
