Overview
We are looking for a Senior Production Designer who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident executing design at scale. This role focuses on building and adapting large campaign systems across multiple platforms and formats, while maintaining strong craft in typography, composition, and color. You'll bring precision, speed, and aesthetic judgment to production design, ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Build, adapt, and execute large-scale campaigns across multiple platforms and formats using existing assets.
- Apply strong attention to typography, composition, and color to maintain visual consistency and quality.
- Follow creative briefs and direction while using sound design judgment to create and extend new assets.
- Prepare, optimize, and export assets according to platform-specific requirements and best practices.
- Ensure all designs adhere to social platform guidelines, including sizing and safety areas.
- Collaborate with creative, motion, and production teams to support efficient campaign rollout.
- Edit and export motion files as needed, ensuring smooth handoff and delivery.
Required Skills
- Senior-level experience as a Production Designer or equivalent role.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail across type, layout, and color.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with deep understanding of asset creation best practices.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, formats, sizing, and safety guidelines.
- Working knowledge of After Effects, including the ability to edit and export motion files.
- Proven ability to execute at scale while maintaining a high level of design quality.
- Experience supporting large, multi-platform campaigns with consistency and efficiency.
