Senior Product Strategist & Growth Lead
Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are building a high-growth consumer technology platform with a clear mandate:
acquire 1,00,000+ active users within the first 6 months of launch.
This role is not advisory, theoretical, or support-based.
We are hiring a battle-tested Product & Growth Leader who has personally built, scaled, and owned user acquisition at scale not someone who has only supported or consulted.
You will own the entire growth engine end-to-end: team building product strategy go-to-market acquisition of 10 Lakh+ Users retention scale.
This role carries real accountability, high ownership, and leadership authority.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Product & Growth Strategy Ownership
- Own the complete product roadmap aligned with aggressive user acquisition goals.
- Define clear north-star metrics, activation funnels, and retention loops.
- Design product experiences that directly drive installs, activation, and repeat usage.
- Convert user insights into scalable product improvements.
2 User Acquisition & Growth Execution
- Design and execute a data-backed growth strategy to acquire 1,00,000+ users within 6 months.
- Lead multi-channel acquisition (performance marketing, organic growth, referrals, partnerships).
- Identify and unlock scalable growth loops.
- Optimize onboarding funnels for conversion and retention.
3 Market & Consumer Intelligence
- Deeply understand Indian consumer behavior, psychology, and price sensitivity.
- Conduct continuous competitor and category analysis.
- Identify white spaces and opportunities to outmaneuver competitors.
4 Leadership & Team Building
- Build and lead a high-performance growth and product team.
- Hire, mentor, and manage cross-functional talent (product, marketing, analytics).
- Set execution cadence, KPIs, and accountability frameworks.
5 Strategic Execution & Accountability
- Own KPIs such as:
- Monthly active users (MAU)
- Cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Retention cohorts
- Activation rates
- Make data-backed decisions weekly.
- Report directly to founders with measurable progress.

Within 1 Year
- Stable Consumer Retention of at least 75% users (data backed)
- Close to achieving 10 Lakh+ Active Users within 11 months.
