What you'll do:

AI use case definition and roadmap contribution

  • Contribute to defining and executing the AI roadmap for EPM in alignment with SAP's broader AI strategy
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize AI and agentic AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, and customer impact, driving them from concept to delivery
  • Translate business needs into clear AI product requirements and scenarios
  • Balance near-term value with long-term platform direction when shaping AI initiatives
  • Represent EPM in SAP-wide AI workshops and strategy discussions, bringing EPM perspectives into broader AI initiatives

Cross-team execution and delivery

  • Work closely with EPM product teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve customer workflows and outcomes
  • Partner with engineering teams and SAP AI experts to design, implement, and deliver AI capabilities into production
  • Act as cross-topic Product Manager for AI-driven features that require coordination across multiple teams
  • Ensure backlog items are clearly defined, dependencies are understood, and delivery stays on track
  • Monitor progress and facilitate alignment across product, engineering, UX, and documentation

Collaboration, enablement, and responsible AI

  • Collaborate with UX and documentation teams to ensure AI features deliver clear user value and intuitive experiences
  • Support internal teams with AI-related guidance, scenarios, and best practices
  • Contribute to responsible AI practices in alignment with SAP policies, including privacy, security, and quality standards
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Customer Success to support positioning and customer value articulation for AI capabilities
  • Engage with customers and partners as needed to validate AI scenarios and gather feedback

Your work will directly shape how AI becomes a practical, trusted part of SAP's EPM platform.

What you bring:

  • Experience in product management, solution management, or related roles within enterprise software
  • Solid understanding of finance and Enterprise Performance Management processes
  • Hands-on experience working with AI-enabled products or platforms, including defining use cases and supporting delivery
  • Ability to translate business problems into AI product concepts and actionable requirements
  • Good understanding of SAP's AI portfolio or willingness to learn quickly
  • Experience supporting customer adoption or transformation initiatives
  • Strong collaboration skills across product, engineering, UX, and AI expert teams
  • Structured thinking, strong prioritization skills, and an execution-focused mindset
  • Clear communication skills with technical and business stakeholders
  • Very good team player with strong networking skills and outcome-driven mindset
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and user-centered product development

Experience with SAP EPM, SAP Analytics Cloud, or SAP AI technologies is a strong plus.
