Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to drive the roadmap and backlog for Salesforce automation initiatives integrated with AI capabilities. The focus is on workflow efficiency, low-code automation, measurable KPIs, and business impact.
This role requires strong stakeholder collaboration with US teams and clear documentation practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize backlog for Salesforce Flow-based automation initiatives
- Define detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Design process workflows aligned with business objectives
- Validate Flow-first feasibility with Architect and Technical Leads
- Define and track KPIs (productivity, cycle time, conversion rate, quality metrics)
- Conduct UAT, sprint reviews, stakeholder demos, and release coordination
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical execution
- Maintain structured documentation in Jira/Confluence
Must-Have Skills
- 610 years experience as Product Owner / Business Analyst
- Experience delivering CRM or enterprise workflow solutions
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, Flows, permissions, reporting
- Experience in backlog management & Agile sprint planning
- Strong stakeholder management (US-facing exposure preferred)
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
Good to Have
- Exposure to AI concepts (RAG, automation assistants, evaluation loops)
- Experience in staffing, recruitment, sales operations, or customer success workflows
- Familiarity with automation-first platforms
