The Self Service Platforms organization is hiring a Senior Product Owner/Product Manager with solid software development experience. This role focuses on developing managing the product portfolio fo OS Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, and related services worldwide.
The Senior Product Owner serves as the primary customer representative, liaising with Engineering teams or those responsible for highly complex requirements. This individual is accountable for maximizing product value resulting from engineering efforts, demonstrated through comprehensive ownership of the Backlog-both in terms of scope and prioritization-as well as stewardship of all aspects of the product, including features, non-functional behavior, quality, and technical debt. Success in this role requires a keen ability to understand and manage dependencies and trade-offs among competing requirements and stakeholders within a landscape of intricate interrelations. Additionally, building strong relationships with senior management and stakeholders across various countries, time zones, and cultures is crucial, as is possessing advanced technical expertise to grasp the complex nature of our products.
