Job Description

Digital Strategy & Execution

Develop and lead integrated digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social,

email, content, automation) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

Manage paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.

Performance & Analytics

Track KPIs and use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to monitor

campaign effectiveness.

Optimize based on data insights to improve ROI, CAC, CLTV, etc.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work with product, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and

brand consistency.

Enable sales through lead generation and nurturing campaigns.

Content & Communication

Oversee marketing content, thought leadership pieces, case studies, landing

pages, and emailers tailored to the buyer journey.

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

58 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a tech or SaaS

environment.

Strong understanding of digital channels, tools, and metrics.

Experience crafting go-to-market strategies and launching digital products.

Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics.

Hands-on with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot,

SEMrush, etc.

Collaborative and comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
