We are looking for Senior Associate - Product Manager to join our growing team!
What you will do :
- Mandatory: Design, implement, and optimize AI-driven workflows within the product (including automation, AI integrations, prompt optimization, or ML-powered features)
- Conduct comprehensive product analysis, including market research, competitor benchmarking, and user feedback evaluation to inform product strategy
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to evaluate product performance against defined goals and benchmarks
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize product performance and contribute to strategic decision-making
- Define, track, and report key product metrics; prepare regular dashboards and performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Business teams to drive product enhancements
- Own requirement gathering, documentation (PRDs), and ensure clarity in feature specifications
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on user behavior insights and market trends
What are we looking for :
46 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, or similar domain.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field (Mandatory).
AI Workflow Expertise (Mandatory): Hands-on experience working with AI/ML-driven products, automation workflows, LLM integrations, or AI-based feature optimization.
Data Analysis: Proficient in data analytics tools (SQL, Excel, Python, BI tools such as Tableau/Power BI, etc.) to derive actionable insights.
Product Evaluation: Strong ability to assess product performance, user journeys, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate data insights into product strategy and roadmap inputs.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in preparing detailed reports and stakeholder presentations.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in analysis, documentation, and requirement gathering.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify problems, structure analysis, and propose practical solutions while balancing technical feasibility and business impact.
