Role Overview: Senior Product Manager

VWO is seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to take ownership of one of our flagship products. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with all teams at Wingify to shape and execute our product roadmap and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Vision: Define, execute, and deliver the product roadmap.
• Leadership Collaboration: Partner with the leadership team to secure organizational buy-in for product execution plans.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, customer success, sales, marketing, and executive teams to deliver a customer-focused strategy for Wingify.
• Market Insights: Conduct regular market research to stay abreast of evolving customer and market needs, as well as competing technologies in MarTech.
• Product Launch Excellence: Lead and drive new product launches in collaboration with Marketing, ensuring maximum impact from the efforts of Product and Engineering teams.
• Pricing and Promotion: Develop pricing and promotion strategies in tandem with Marketing.
• Product Backlog Ownership: Manage the product backlog while incorporating feedback from internal and external stakeholders into prioritization.
• Data-Driven Approach: Leverage Product Analytics to drive data-centric discussions and empower customer-facing teams to better engage customers.
• Evangelism: Promote Wingify products at conferences, events, and roadshows, while engaging influencers and MarTech practitioners.
• Customer Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with our strategic customers, actively contributing to their success in partnership with Sales and Customer Success.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the product team in critical customer, prospect, and partner interactions.
• Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, guiding them in iterating, experimenting, and launching products.
• Process and Workflow Development: Define and communicate clear objectives, workflows, and processes for product management at Wingify.

Desired Qualifications:

• Product Management Experience: 6+ years of experience in product management.
• Technical Acumen: Strong design and technical proficiency is a must.
• Marketing Insight: Understanding of Digital Marketing or Conversion optimization is a strong plus.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree from a tier-1 school or college.
• SaaS Experience: Experience in handling SaaS products is highly desirable.
• Team Player: Strong team player with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
