Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Product Manager. The Senior Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our AI Talent Intelligence products, including research, planning, development, launch, and iteration. Responsibilities include defining product roadmaps, gathering customer requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving data-informed decisions to enhance product functionality. The role also involves aligning business goals with product development and tracking key metrics for performance assessment. Strong communication and leadership skills will be essential for driving success in this role.

• Proven expertise in Product Management, Product Lifecycle Management
• Experience in market research, customer feedback analysis, and strategic roadmapping
• Knowledge of AI technologies and Behavioral Science principles is a plus
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with engineering, marketing, and design teams
• Exceptional communication
• Figma, Miro and similar product skills for atleast low fidelity screen creations and flow charting
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Previous experience in HR Tech, Talent Management, or related industries is desirable
