Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of scalable, high-transaction digital products. The role requires a strong balance of technical understanding and business insight, with the ability to translate business needs into effective product execution while working closely with cross functional teams.

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• MBA/PGDM

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and execution aligned with business goals
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure clear requirement translation
• Prepare PRDs, user stories, and functional specifications for scalable, high availability systems
• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams for end-to-end product delivery
• Drive development of platforms handling high-volume transactions with a focus on performance and reliability
• Ensure regulatory, security, and compliance alignment (RBI, PCI-DSS, etc., where applicable)
• Track product performance using data and user feedback to continuously improve outcomes

Required Skills & Experience

• 35 years of experience as a Product Manager
• Experience in one or more domains:
• Payment Gateways
• Digital Lending / Loan Platforms
• Fintech / Banking Products
• Crypto Platforms
• High-scale E-commerce or transaction-heavy systems
• Strong understanding of both technology workflows and business requirements
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
