Job Summary
As the Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our PEO product offerings. You will be responsible for driving product strategy, defining and executing product roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launches. Your extensive knowledge of the PEO industry, strong analytical skills, and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences will be instrumental in propelling our products to new heights.
Essential Duties/Responsibilites
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our business goals and market trends in the PEO industry.
- Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs, competitive analysis, and business impact.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer pain points, and growth opportunities to inform product decisions.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering, to gather product requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Product Development: Oversee product development activities, working closely with Engineering and Design teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitors products and offerings, identifying areas for differentiation and opportunities for improvement.
- Product Launch: Lead product launches, coordinating with Marketing and Sales teams to drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Define key performance metrics for products and analyze data to measure product success and identify areas for optimization.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback, engaging with clients to understand their needs and pain points, and using insights to enhance product features and user experience.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, milestones, and roadmaps to internal teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Work Experience
- Typically 5+ years - Proven experience as a Product Manager in the PEO industry, with a strong track record of successfully launching and managing products preferred
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies and drive product development from concept to launch.
- Solid understanding of PEO services, HR processes, and industry trends.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proven project management and organizational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
