Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Product Manager role located in Bengaluru. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of innovative product solutions to support the growth of Tesco Media. You will work across cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders to define customer-centric requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of initiatives. Your efforts will focus on enhancing customer experiences, driving media performance, and solving complex marketing challenges through data-driven decisions and cutting-edge product offerings.

Qualifications
  • Strong product management skills, including product strategy development, roadmap planning, and prioritization.
  • Experience with data analysis, customer insights, and using analytics to inform decision-making and drive product growth.
  • Excellence in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and team leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing and retail media platforms, and a proven track record in driving innovative marketing solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to handle complex challenges, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, measurement platforms, and AI-powered solutions is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially in articulating product value and vision.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
