Role Description

North Hires is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its Tax Platforms & Compliance division. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work. This role involves leading product development strategies for tax compliance platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, designing impactful product roadmaps, and ensuring compliance with evolving tax regulations. The Senior Product Manager will also oversee product life-cycle management, stakeholder communication, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement initiatives aimed at delivering innovative, user-centric solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 yrs of experience.
• Product Management Expertise: Proven experience in product lifecycle management, developing product strategies, and implementing product roadmaps.
• Tax and Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of global tax regulations, compliance standards, and related technologies and solutions.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze market trends, utilize KPIs, and derive actionable insights for product improvements.
• Technical Acumen: Experience working with SaaS and cloud-based platforms, familiarity with agile methodologies, and basic knowledge of API integrations.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, lead stakeholder discussions, and mentor team members to successfully deliver on objectives.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to align teams and convey product vision effectively.
• Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields; MBA preferred. Relevant experience in fintech or tax compliance industries is an advantage.
