Senior Product Manager SSO & CIAM (Workforce Access)
Overview
CyberArk is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for Single Sign-On (SSO) and Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) capabilities within the Workforce Access portfolio. This role will own key identity experiences that sit at the intersection of workforce security, user experience, and enterprise-scale identity platforms.
You will work closely with engineering, design, security architects, and go-to-market teams to define and deliver scalable, secure, and intuitive identity solutions for modern enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Own the product vision and roadmap for SSO and CIAM capabilities within Workforce Access
- Define how workforce identity, external identities, and application access converge across the CyberArk platform
- Drive alignment between customer needs, security posture, and long-term platform strategy
- Translate complex identity concepts into clear product direction and customer value
Execution & Delivery
- Partner with engineering to break down strategy into executable initiatives and milestones
- Own product requirements, epics, and success metrics from discovery through delivery
- Balance innovation with platform stability, scalability, and security requirements
- Act as the primary decision-maker on scope, tradeoffs, and prioritization
Customer & Market Focus
- Deeply understand enterprise identity use cases, including workforce SSO, federation, CIAM flows, and lifecycle management
- Engage directly with customers, field teams, and partners to validate problems and solutions
- Track competitive landscape across identity providers, CIAM platforms, and access management solutions
- Incorporate regulatory, compliance, and privacy considerations into product design
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with UX to deliver intuitive identity experiences for admins and end users
- Partner with security, architecture, and platform teams to ensure best-in-class security design
- Work with marketing, sales, and customer success to support launches, enablement, and adoption
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on identity, SSO, and CIAM across the organization

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in identity, security, or enterprise SaaS
- Strong hands-on experience with SSO, federation (SAML, OIDC, OAuth), identity lifecycle, and CIAM concepts
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-team initiatives in large-scale platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Strong technical depth and ability to partner effectively with engineering and security teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with workforce identity platforms, CIAM products, or IAM solutions
- Familiarity with zero trust, privileged access, and modern authentication patterns
- Experience building platform or API-driven products
- Background working with large enterprise customers and regulated environments
- Experience through M&A, platform consolidation, or large-scale integrations
