Job Description:
The Senior Product Manager – Marketing will be responsible for driving the product strategy, positioning, commercialization and business performance of an assigned portfolio of resorts.
The role will focus on understanding customer and market needs, developing differentiated resort propositions, identifying commercial opportunities, supporting new product and resort launches, and working closely with cross-functional teams to improve occupancy, revenue, guest engagement and overall product profitability.
This is a strategic yet execution-oriented role requiring a strong understanding of hospitality products, commercial strategy, consumer behaviour and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product strategy for an assigned portfolio of Hotels, defining and continuously refining their value proposition, target audience and competitive positioning.
- Develop annual product roadmaps aligned with overall business objectives and identify opportunities for product enhancement and business growth.
- Identify opportunities to improve Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and ancillary revenues, working closely with Revenue Management and other relevant functions.
- Develop resort-specific commercial initiatives and recommend appropriate pricing, packaging and promotional strategies based on market dynamics and consumer demand.
- Lead the commercialization and launch readiness of new Hotels/Resorts, renovated properties, new room categories, F&B concepts, wellness offerings, discovery & experience products, seasonal campaigns and packages.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Revenue, Digital and Sales teams to ensure effective go-to-market planning and seamless product launches.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking, pricing analysis and market intelligence to identify emerging opportunities and strengthen the competitive positioning of the resort portfolio.
- Analyse travel trends, consumer behaviour, guest feedback, OTA reviews and VOC insights to identify opportunities for product improvement and enhanced guest experiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop holiday packages, bundled offers and experience-led products that strengthen resort positioning and improve conversion across the booking journey.
- Partner closely with Resort Operations, Revenue Management, Marketing, Digital, Discovery & Experiences, Sales, Reservations, Creative Studio and Alliances to deliver integrated product initiatives.
- Support Marketing through development of go-to-market strategies, product briefs, campaign propositions, resort narratives, website content, sales presentations, launch kits and product training material.
- Monitor key business performance indicators including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, Revenue, Market Share, Campaign Effectiveness, Product Profitability and Guest Satisfaction.
- Present business insights, recommendations and action plans to leadership, using data and market intelligence to drive continuous improvement.
- Drive a strong customer-centric and commercially focused approach to product development, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline; MBA in Marketing, Strategy, Hospitality or Product Management preferred.
- 8–12 years of experience in Product Management, Commercial Strategy, Category Management, Hospitality Marketing or Business Management, preferably in a multi-property environment.
- Proven experience managing customer-facing products, hospitality products or destination-based offerings.
- Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of product strategy and lifecycle management, commercial planning, product positioning and pricing.
- Strong consumer insight, market research, data analysis and business reporting capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional management skills with strong project management capabilities.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to understand and interpret business performance.
- Excellent presentation, communication and storytelling skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable with extensive travel across resort locations.
