About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – eCommerce (Store) to lead the strategy, development, and growth of Scapia's travel ecommerce store. This role will focus on building products that help customers discover, evaluate, and purchase products and services seamlessly within the Scapia ecosystem.

You will work across customer journeys spanning discovery, merchandising, pricing, checkout, rewards, payments, and post-purchase experiences. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, business, and operations teams to create delightful and high-converting commerce experiences.

This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape and scale a key growth vertical for the company.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Scapia's commerce platform.
  • Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and emerging trends to build differentiated commerce products.
  • Own key commerce journeys end-to-end, from discovery through transaction and post-purchase engagement.

Customer Experience

  • Improve customer discovery, search, recommendations, merchandising, and conversion funnels.
  • Create personalized experiences that increase engagement, repeat usage, and customer satisfaction.

Growth & Monetization

  • Drive key business metrics including conversion, revenue, repeat transactions, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Design and execute experiments to improve acquisition, engagement, and monetization.
  • Partner with growth, marketing, and business teams to unlock new revenue opportunities.

Product Execution

  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products with speed and precision.
  • Write clear product requirements, define success metrics, and prioritize effectively.
  • Lead product launches and continuously iterate based on customer feedback and performance data.

Data & Insights

  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to identify opportunities and make product decisions.
  • Define and monitor key product and business KPIs.
  • Use experimentation and analytics to drive continuous improvement.

Marketplace & Platform Development

  • Build scalable commerce capabilities including catalog, inventory, pricing, promotions, checkout, and partner integrations.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop platform capabilities that support future commerce growth.

AI & Personalization

  • Drive AI-powered commerce experiences across recommendations, personalization, discovery, merchandising, and customer engagement.
  • Explore innovative ways to improve customer decision-making and purchase confidence through intelligent product experiences.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–8+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer internet, e-commerce, marketplace, or commerce platforms.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling customer-facing products.
  • Strong understanding of commerce funnels, customer behavior, and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and independently drive outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ownership and execution excellence in fast-paced environments.

Good to Have

  • Experience building products for e-commerce, marketplaces, travel, or transaction-led consumer businesses.
  • Exposure to personalization, recommendations, search, merchandising, or growth products.
  • Experience working with payments, loyalty, rewards, or checkout experiences.
  • Experience building 0→1 products or scaling high-growth product lines.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven consumer experiences and experimentation frameworks.
