About The Role
VRIZE is seeking a
Senior Product Manager with strong experience in retail digital platforms, system migrations, and enterprise product initiatives to support a leading client in the retail industry.
This role will focus on
driving product initiatives related to fraud platform migration, digital analytics platform migration, ratings and reviews systems, and unified gift card capabilities across brands. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in
product strategy, digital platform migrations, and cross-functional program execution.
The Product Manager will work closely with
business stakeholders, engineering teams, digital commerce teams, and external technology partners to define product strategies, execute platform migrations, and support the client's long-term digital roadmap.
This role requires a strong blend of
product management, project execution, stakeholder collaboration, and technical understanding of digital commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for key digital platform initiatives within a retail ecosystem.
- Align product initiatives with business goals, digital commerce strategy, and customer experience improvements.
- Identify opportunities to modernize digital platforms through technology migrations and platform enhancements.
- Work with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
Platform Migration Initiatives
- Lead product initiatives related to fraud detection platform migration across digital commerce systems.
- Support digital analytics and Adobe platform migration initiatives, ensuring continuity in analytics tracking and reporting.
- Manage migration efforts related to ratings and reviews platforms, ensuring seamless integration into digital storefronts.
- Support implementation of unified gift card capabilities across retail brands, ensuring consistent customer experience.
Cross-Brand Product Coordination
- Work across multiple retail brands to ensure alignment of platform capabilities and product features.
- Support initiatives that require standardization of systems and capabilities across brands.
- Ensure that product solutions support scalable multi-brand digital commerce environments.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with business leaders, engineering teams, product owners, and digital commerce teams to define product requirements and delivery plans.
- Facilitate product discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and roadmap alignment meetings.
- Serve as a central point of coordination between business, technology, and external platform providers.
Product Delivery & Execution
- Translate strategic initiatives into clear product requirements, epics, and user stories.
- Work closely with engineering teams to drive execution in Agile development environments.
- Monitor progress and ensure successful delivery of product features and platform migrations.
Analytics & Performance Monitoring
- Define and track product KPIs and success metrics for platform initiatives.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Required Skills & Experience
Product Management Expertise
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within retail or digital commerce environments.
- Proven experience leading enterprise product initiatives and platform migrations.
- Strong ability to define and execute product strategies and roadmaps.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional product programs.
Retail & Digital Commerce Knowledge
- Strong understanding of retail digital commerce ecosystems.
- Experience working with digital storefront platforms, customer experience systems, and commerce technologies.
- Familiarity with multi-brand retail environments.
Platform Migration Experience
- Experience managing technology migration initiatives across enterprise systems.
- Exposure to initiatives such as:
- Fraud detection platform migration
- Digital analytics platform migration (e.g., Adobe ecosystem)
- Ratings and reviews platform migration
- Digital payment or gift card platform integrations
- Ability to manage technical and business impacts during platform transitions.
Technical Understanding
- Familiarity with API-driven architectures and modern digital platform ecosystems.
- Understanding of data integrations, digital analytics platforms, and commerce technologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on technical solution design and integration strategies.
Tools & Methodologies
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum product development environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar product management platforms.
- Experience managing product backlogs, epics, and release planning.
