Product Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager who will act as the bridge between business requirements and technology delivery. The ideal candidate should have experience in Banking, Insurance, or Fintech, with a strong ability to gather client requirements, translate them into actionable product documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Create clear, comprehensive, and structured Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, workflows, and wireframes.
- Translate business and customer needs into detailed product roadmaps and features.
- Partner with the Technology team to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and quality output.
- Continuously evaluate product performance and recommend improvements based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes to align with strategic goals and timelines.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring the final product addresses client pain points and delivers tangible value.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a related role.
- Prior exposure to Banking, Insurance, or Fintech products is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in creating PRDs, workflows, wireframes, and user journeys.
- Excellent communication, note-taking, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Tech, Design, Business, and Operations teams.
- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
- Experience in B2C/D2C preferred.
