We are hiring a
Product Manager (PM-2 / Senior Product Managers) who can think with the rigor of engineers and the clarity of architects. As we build AI-native contracting systems at enterprise scale, this role demands deep systems thinking, technical intuition, and the ability to partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, and Design.
This role will directly shape the next generation of AI-driven enterprise contracting and requires strong communication, resilience under pressure, and a product mindset rooted in engineering fundamentals.

Gurgaon.
How You'll Make An Impact
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and drive product vision for AI-native contracting workflows and systems used by global enterprises.
- Translate complex business and technical problems into clear product requirements and execution plans.
Technical Product Leadership
- Work closely with architects, engineering leaders, and cross-functional teams to design scalable, high-performance systems.
- Identify technical assumptions, architectural risks, and long-term system implications early in the product lifecycle.
- Evaluate build vs. buy decisions, technical debt, and integration pathways.
Execution & Systems Thinking
- Drive end-to-end product lifecyclefrom ideation to launch and adoptionensuring alignment with engineering capabilities.
- Understand how system upgrades behave in real-world environments (ship under repair to ship under construction) and manage product transitions accordingly.
- Standardize workflows, feature sets, and UX patterns across domains to ensure coherence at scale.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner deeply with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver features that balance technical feasibility with business value.
- Communicate trade-offs, articulate ROI, and provide clarity amid ambiguity.
User-Centric Problem Solving
- Engage with enterprise customers, understand their operational and technical constraints, and translate these into product insights.
- Work on simplifying complex B2B SaaS workflows while maintaining robustness and compliance.
Skills & Experience You Bring To The Table
Background
- 410 years of experience in Product Management OR a strong engineering/architecture background with intent to transition into PM.
- B2B SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
Technical & Product Competencies
- Ability to think like an engineerexperience with production systems, debugging, infrastructure constraints, or architectural understanding.
- Strong grasp of systems design, scaling challenges, and technical trade-offs.
- Familiarity with enterprise product ecosystems, APIs, integration patterns, and platform thinking.
Core Skills
- Exceptional communication and influencing abilities across engineering and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort operating in high-velocity environments with evolving priorities.
- Ability to articulate ROI, impact, and feasibility clearly.
Bonus Skills
- Experience working on AI-centric products or platforms.
- Prior exposure to contract management or enterprise workflow systems.
