About the Role
Senior Product Manager Personal Loan will be responsible for scaling the Personal Loan lending business by implementing strategies to expand products, channels, customer segments, and overall reach. This role involves building high-performing teams, designing efficient systems and processes, and fostering a customer-centric culture. The incumbent will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Sales, IT, Credit, and BIU to deliver cost-effective and technology-driven banking solutions, ensuring IDFC FIRST Bank becomes the preferred financial partner for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Guide the distribution strategy for Personal Loans to achieve volume scale-up as per defined targets.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with dealers and channel/product partners to expand portfolio reach.
- Monitor portfolio performance and quality; provide recommendations for course correction to Product and Sales teams.
- Support the Product team in developing differentiated offerings, resulting in business growth and profitability
- Work with the Business Analytics team to identify cross-sell opportunities and customer insights.
- Liaise and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for Business related closures, including Finance, Marketing, HR, Analytics, Legal, Operations, Credit, Compliance, Audit.
Education
- Graduate Any
- Post Graduation - MBA/PGDM preferred
Experience
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in retail lending or personal loans
