Job Summary
The Personalized Career Site team is the original product engine at Phenom. We build the powerful, intelligent front door to the candidate experience. Our team is responsible for the sophisticated Website Design Platforms (CMS) and AI-driven widgets that allow the world's biggest brands to attract and engage top talent. As a member of this team, you won't just be managing features; you will be shaping the first impression for millions of job seekers globally.
What You'll Do
As a Senior PM for PCS, you will drive the strategy for our flagship career site products, balancing high-level innovation with technical execution.
- Define Product Strategy: Architect a roadmap for our CMS and AI-widget suite that aligns with business objectives, market trends, and the evolving needs of the modern candidate.
- Innovate with AI: Spearhead the integration of intelligence and automation into our design platforms to create hyper-personalized experiences for end-users. You'll also be a person that lives with AI in their daily routine making yourself as powerful as 3 product managers!
- Customer Obsession: Develop a profound understanding of our customers pain points (both the recruiters and talent marketers building sites and the candidates visiting them) to drive engagement and success.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Orchestrate efforts across Engineering, Design, and Data Science to deliver high-quality, scalable web products on time and within budget.
- Ruthless Prioritization: Manage the product backlog, making critical trade-offs based on impact, effort, and data-driven insights.
- Evangelize the Vision: Communicate the product vision, roadmap, and release status to internal stakeholders and external clients, bridging the gap between technical reality and business goals.
- Measure Success: Use well defined KPIs (traffic, conversion, engagement) and utilize data analytics to continuously iterate and improve the product.
What You've Done
We are looking for a builder with a blend of technical know-how and strategic vision.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in product management, preferably within SaaS at scale, CMS/Web Platforms, or MarTech.
- Track Record: Proven history of delivering high-quality, user-centric products that meet and exceed customer expectations.
- The Right Mindset: You possess a Customer Obsession mindset, an unwavering commitment to Earn Trust, and a Deep Dive mentality to solve complex problems. You embody the Phenom Core values on a daily basis.
- Strategic & Financial Acumen: Passion for building quality products with a prioritization framework that drives impactful business decisions. Strong writing skills are a must.
- Domain Knowledge: Expertise in HR Tech, People Tech, or Content Management Systems is highly preferred.
- Leadership: Strong ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
