Budget 45LPA to 58LPA
Location- Bangalore (Pritech Park Bellandur)-Hybrid mode
Contract position to start with 6 months extendable

Primary / Required Skills
- Strong product management experience (3–7+ years), preferably in Payroll, Tax Compliance, or FinTech SaaS domains.
- Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into user-friendly product features.
- Proven track record of driving large-scale and complex initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data ( Excel, dashboards) to drive prioritization and measure product impact.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence and align leadership, engineering, compliance, and customer-facing teams.
- Customer-first mindset with demonstrated ability to balance compliance accuracy with usability and customer experience.
- ve, leadership-oriented, and familiar with the needs of the company and the customer base.
Secondary / Good to have skills
- Understanding of U.S. federal and state payroll tax filing processes, including quarterly/annual filings, and year-end reporting.
- Familiarity with the payroll provider ecosystem (IRS e-file, SSA, state portals, amendment workflows) is a strong plus.
