Senior Product Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to own product development for Neo's HNI wealth management business.

This role is for someone who can go deep into ambiguous problems, break them into clear product requirements, work closely with engineering and design, and drive execution from idea to adoption.

The ideal candidate has built 0→1 products, worked on products at scale, is strong in user behavior and UX thinking, understands technical trade-offs, and is hands-on with AI tools and automation.

Responsibilities:

● Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for HNI-focused products.

● Deeply understand banker, client, operations, and investment workflows.

● Break complex business problems into clear product requirements, flows, and milestones.

● Work closely with engineering to identify blockers, clarify trade-offs, and unblock execution.

● Collaborate with designers to create intuitive, high-trust user experiences for bankers and HNI clients.

● Use data, user research, and behavioral insights to improve adoption, conversion, engagement, and efficiency.

● Build products across areas such as client onboarding, portfolio review, banker productivity, client engagement, reporting, and workflow automation.

● Stay hands-on with AI tools and identify opportunities to use AI, automation, agentic workflows, LLM orchestration, and RAG.

● Communicate clearly with leadership, business, compliance, design, engineering, and operations teams.

● Ensure products are shipped, adopted, measured, and continuously improved.

Requirements:

● 5+ years of product management experience.

● Strong problem-solving ability with a structured, first-principles approach.

● Strong execution mindset and ability to drive cross-functional teams.

● Good understanding of user behavior, UX, and product design.

● Ability to understand technical constraints and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.

● Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, analysis, documentation, prototyping, or workflow automation.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to work with data, funnels, dashboards, and product analytics.
