THE OPPORTUNITY:

At Clari + Salesloft, our Senior Product Manager will be pivotal to our company's success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing product organization, serving as the strategic owner of the Sales Engagement product area within our Predictive Revenue Platform — driving the vision, roadmap, and execution that directly impacts how enterprise revenue teams operate.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for defining and delivering product experiences that help revenue teams make smarter, faster decisions. Specifically, you will:

• Partner with engineering, design, and data science to ship high-quality product features on time and with measurable impact.
• Own and prioritize your product roadmap, balancing short-term customer needs with long-term strategic goals.
• Conduct deep customer discovery and translate insights into clear, well-scoped requirements and user stories.
• Define success metrics and rigorously track product performance post-launch to drive continuous improvement.

THE TEAM:

Our Clari + Salesloft Product team is comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming product managers, designers, and researchers who are all aligned on one vision and mission:

The Product team consists of collaborative, intellectually curious builders who are deeply committed to understanding our customers and shipping products that move the needle. PMs on our team share a few common traits: they are strategic yet execution-focused, comfortable with data, and energized by working at the intersection of AI, sales, and enterprise technology.

THE SKILL SET:

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of owning a product roadmap end-to-end and shipping impactful features
• Strong ability to translate customer and market insights into clear product requirements
• Experience working closely with engineering and design in an agile environment
• Comfort with data — you use metrics to prioritize, measure success, and make decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence without authority
• Collaborative mindset — you celebrate team wins and share credit generously
• Experience managing products with ML/AI components — you understand enough to have productive conversations with data scientists and engineers
• Familiarity with using AI tools to uplevel your strategic thinking, speed of execution, prototyping, researching, and more — you're someone who actively experiments with new tools to work smarter
• Nice to have experience with CRM, sales engagement, or revenue intelligence platforms
• Background in or strong familiarity with revenue operations, forecasting, or sales analytics
