Job Description

  • Manage be the product owner of a product stream of MindTickle s Platform.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineering, sales, and go-to-market (GTM) teams, leveraging B2B experience.
  • Define and drive analytics and reporting aspects of SaaS products, with a strong understanding of SaaS platforms and architecture.
  • Develop product roadmaps by integrating market direction, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Create product requirement documents (PRDs) and user experience specifications, translating user behavior insights and customer feedback into actionable user stories.
  • Address the complexities associated with scaling products, working closely with design and engineering teams to solve these challenges.
  • Define and analyze metrics to inform product success and guide decision-making.
  • Ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution by collaborating with design, engineering, program management, and QA teams.
  • Support Sales Enablement, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams by keeping them updated on product features and handling objections.
  • Work closely with leadership and stakeholders to execute product strategy, set quarterly goals, track key success metrics, and report on progress.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to develop collateral and manage product launches.
  • Have 7+ years of work experience, including at least 4+ years as a product manager or tech entrepreneur.
  • Have experience managing platform products in a SaaS organization.
  • Have a strong ability to identify user pain points and needs, connect insights, and devise strategic solutions.
  • Are highly creative with a strong drive to innovate and challenge the status quo.
  • Are metric-driven with a proven track record in analyzing data/usage trends and deriving actionable insights.
  • Having hands-on experience with Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar analytical tools is highly desirable.
  • Have excellent communication skills, capable of conveying plans clearly to a global audience and managing ambiguity.
  • Have a solid understanding of modern platforms, frameworks, APIs, and issues related to scalability and performance.
  • Are proficient in data analysis and software engineering concepts to facilitate effective communication with engineering teams.
  • Have a passion for driving projects from ideation to final deployment.
  • Have strong prioritization skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Are a collaborative team player with the ability to build cross-team partnerships and strategic alignment, influencing without direct authority.
