Job Description

  • The role involves full ownership of one or more core product modules-such as planning, execution, visibility, carrier integrations, or customer experience.
  • Responsibilities include defining product roadmaps, writing PRDs, setting success metrics, and ensuring alignment with business and customer outcomes.
  • The position requires frequent collaboration with global customers to understand workflows and drive pilots, deployments, and escalations.
  • You will work closely with Engineering, UX, Data, and QA in an agile environment while supporting Sales, PreSales, and Customer Success on demos, solutioning, and positioning

The Successful Applicant

  • The ideal candidate has 6-10+ years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise platforms, with strong domain knowledge in logistics, supply chain, lastmile delivery, or transportation systems.
  • They should have handson experience with dataheavy systems, APIs, and configurable platforms, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with route optimization, fleet networks, AI/MLbased optimization, or agentic AI tools is an added advantage. A willingness to travel internationally and work with senior stakeholders is essential.
