About Latinum:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our core messaging platform. You will define product strategy, manage the roadmap, and work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver scalable, user-focused messaging features in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for core messaging features.
- Define product vision and translate user insights into clear product roadmaps.
- Prioritize features and manage backlogs, sprints, and product releases with engineering teams.
- Track and optimize key product metrics such as adoption, engagement, reliability, and latency.
- Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with backend, mobile, web, DevOps, QA, design, and GTM teams.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in messaging, social, or communication products.
- Experience building consumer-facing mobile products at scale.
- Strong understanding of real-time messaging systems and protocols (XMPP, MQTT).
- Comfortable working with engineering teams on technical architecture and trade-offs.
- Experience with Agile development, PRDs, and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with secure messaging, end-to-end encryption, or privacy-first platforms.
- Familiarity with push notifications, offline sync, multi-device support, or WebRTC.
