Role: Senior Product Manager
Role Overview
Senior Product Manager will lead core platform initiatives, scale lending operations, and define the product strategy for growth. This role requires deep fintech expertise and ownership across multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy & roadmap
- Lead multiple product areas:
- Lending journeys
- CRM systems
- Partner/lender integrations
- Build and optimize multi-channel acquisition funnels:
- Website, App, IVR, Affiliates
- Design multi-lender routing logic:
- Decision engine based on eligibility & bureau data
- Own systems for:
- Lead distribution (manager/agent logic)
- Deduplication (PAN/mobile-based)
- Drive automation across:
- WhatsApp / RCS / SMS / OBD campaigns
- Collaborate with:
- Tech (architecture decisions)
- Data (funnel analytics, scoring models)
- Business (revenue & partnerships)
- Run A/B experiments to improve conversion & UX
- Mentor Product Managers / Analysts
Required Skills
- 5–10+ years of Product Management experience (Fintech mandatory)
- Strong exposure to:
- Digital lending platforms
- API integrations with lenders
- CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Deep understanding of:
- Bureau data (CIBIL, Experian)
- Risk and underwriting basics
- Strong analytical skills (SQL, dashboards)
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams
