Role Brief
With a strong online presence, we're scaling the digital commerce engine that powers Kapiva's growth. We're looking for a Senior / Principal Product Manager to drive end-to-end experiences across Kapiva's website, app, and omnichannel touchpoints. You'll be responsible for building a seamless, high-converting, and retention-driven commerce ecosystem that powers revenue growth and elevates the consumer experience.
You'll work closely with growth, marketing, design, engineering, and analytics to create a commerce experience that balances business outcomes with customer delight from discovery to repeat purchase.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and execute the product vision for the commerce stack website, app.
- Translate business goals (AOV, conversion rate, retention, LTV) into actionable product roadmaps.
- Drive prioritization using data, experimentation, and qualitative insights.
2. Funnel Optimization & Growth
- Own the end-to-end purchase funnel, identifying opportunities to improve conversion at each stage.
- Partner with marketing and growth to design data-backed experiments, landing page tests, and checkout flows that drive measurable uplifts.
- Build systems that improve cross-sell, and repeat purchase behaviors.
3. Experience & Retention
- Craft a frictionless commerce experience fast, intuitive, and personalized.
- Integrate CRM, analytics, and recommendation engines to deliver smarter user journeys.
- Work on retention initiatives like loyalty programs, personalized nudges, etc.
4. Platform & Infrastructure
- Collaborate with engineering and design to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability across the e-commerce platform.
- Evaluate new tools, integrations, and partners
- Evaluate build vs buy decisions
- Ensure platform stability and high uptime during campaigns and product launches.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with D2C, Marketing, CX, Tech, and Ops to align on business priorities.
- Present product plans, metrics, and leadership insights regularly.
Requirements
Must-Haves
- 58 years of total experience, with 4+ years in product management, ideally in D2C commerce, marketplace, or consumer-tech environments.
- Proven success driving revenue growth and funnel metrics (CVR, AOV, Retention).
- Deep understanding of e-commerce UX, checkout flows, and growth experimentation frameworks.
- Hands-on with data tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.) and CRO tools (VWO, Optimizely, etc.).
- Strong project management, analytical, and leadership skills ability to operate autonomously.
Good-to-Haves
- Experience working with Shopify Plus, CRM platforms (WebEngage, CleverTap), or headless commerce setups.
- Familiarity with health, wellness, or nutrition categories.
- Strong bias for action and comfort working in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
