Role: Product Manager II / Senior Product Manager – Growth

About the Role
We're looking for a Product Manager II / Senior Product Manager to lead Growth initiatives at Nykaa Fashion, owning key levers across New User Acquisition, Sales Experience, and Mobile Web (mWeb).
This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, merchandising, design, and data, with end-to-end ownership of high-impact user journeys across app and web.
Depending on experience and scope, the role may be aligned to PM II or SPM level, with corresponding ownership across pods and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own New User Growth & Activation
- Drive new user acquisition, activation, and early lifecycle journeys across platforms
- Improve install-to-signup and signup-to-purchase conversion funnels
- Design and scale personalized onboarding, contextual nudges, and dynamic offers
- Build frictionless first-time shopping experiences, especially for fashion discovery and styling use cases
- Partner with marketing to align paid acquisition with product-led growth levers
2. Own Sales Experience (Discovery → Conversion)
- Define and build high-performing sales experiences across key events, campaigns, and everyday shopping journeys
- Reimagine how users discover, evaluate, and purchase fashion products through better storytelling, merchandising, and navigation
- Partner with category, brand, and marketing teams to translate business goals into impactful product experiences
- Build systems for:
- Event-led commerce (sales, drops, seasonal moments)
- Personalized merchandising and offer surfaces
- High-conversion listing → PDP → checkout journeys
- Own key metrics:
- Conversion rate
- Revenue per user
- Engagement across sales journeys
3. Drive mWeb Growth & Parity
- Own the mobile web experience as a critical acquisition and conversion channel
- Improve conversion, speed, and usability on mWeb
- Ensure feature parity and experience consistency between app and web
- Identify and solve for drop-offs in low-bandwidth / first-time user contexts
4. Lead Cross-Functional Execution
- Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and business teams
- Define product requirements, prioritize roadmap, and drive high-quality execution
- Influence roadmap across pods (for SPM scope) and align stakeholders on growth priorities
- Drive a strong culture of experimentation and data-driven decision making
5. Own Growth Metrics & Strategy
- Define and own key growth metrics:
- New user conversion
- Activation rate
- Sales conversion & revenue metrics
- mWeb conversion
- Deep dive into cohort analysis, segmentation, and funnel performance
- Run structured A/B experiments and iterative improvements at scale
What We're Looking For
- 4-8 years of Product Management experience in consumer internet, e-commerce, or marketplaces
- Strong experience in growth, conversion funnels, or commerce/product-led growth
- Proven track record of owning revenue-impacting product surfaces or journeys
- Strong data-first mindset with hands-on experience in:
- Funnel analysis
- Cohort segmentation
- Experimentation
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and drive alignment
- Strong execution bias with attention to product craft
Good to Have
- Experience in fashion / lifestyle / ecommerce marketplaces
- Exposure to sales events, merchandising systems, or conversion optimization
- Understanding of consumer behavior in fashion (browse-heavy, inspiration-driven journeys)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
