As a member of GreyOrange's software product leadership team, you will own and drive strategic product initiatives for our next-generation warehouse orchestration and automation platform.
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for mission-critical platform capabilities that power large-scale, AI-driven warehouse operations globally. This role requires a strong blend of technology depth, business acumen, and customer empathy.
You will operate at the intersection of engineering, robotics, data science, operations, and commercial teams to build scalable, high-impact enterprise products. The ideal candidate has experience building complex B2B SaaS products in fast-paced environments and has strong domain exposure to E-commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Automation ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Own product strategy and roadmap for critical platform modules within warehouse orchestration and automation.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, execution, GTM alignment, and post-launch optimization.
Conduct deep market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and technology assessment to identify growth opportunities.
Translate business objectives and customer needs into clear product narratives: defining the What, Why, and measurable success metrics.
Partner closely with Engineering, Robotics, and Operations teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performance enterprise solutions.
Work directly with enterprise customers to gather feedback, validate hypotheses, and drive product adoption.
Define KPIs, success metrics, and data-driven decision frameworks to measure product impact.
Influence senior leadership through well-structured product proposals backed by commercial and technical rationale.
Drive product excellence through strong backlog management, prioritization frameworks, and Agile execution discipline.
Mentor Associate PMs / PMs and contribute to building product management best practices within the organization.
Qualifications / Requirements
814 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 35 years in a Senior PM capacity.
Strong experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS products.
Domain expertise in one or more of the following preferred - E-commerce platforms/ B2B SaaS products/ Supply Chain Management (SCM)/ Logistics Technology/ Warehouse Management systems (WMS)/ Warehouse Automation / Robotics ecosystems
Proven ability to solve complex, cross-functional problems in distributed systems or data-intensive environments.
Strong analytical thinking with ability to define measurable KPIs and drive outcomes.
Experience in Agile methodologies (JIRA, backlog prioritization, user story creation, sprint planning).
Ability to work with global, cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong executive communication and storytelling skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a reputed institute is required.
MBA or Master's Degree is preferred.
