Senior Product Manager

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead product management by collaborating with Car Game Producers and the CEO.
• Take ownership of the entire product/game lifecycle: researching competition, writing specifications, coordinating across design, art, and engineering teams, and launching core features.
• Formulate product strategy and present clear, measurable objectives to achieve business goals.
• Be data-obsessed: perform in-depth analysis to provide input in business cases and demonstrate impact on key product metrics.
• Support ad-supported game models, which account for 75% of revenue, by understanding and optimizing ad-driven mechanics.

Who You Could Be Background and Experience

• 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer web or game development.
• Strong attention to detail and consumer experience.
• Ability to create, direct, and reference wireframes and product specifications.
• Exceptional data analytics skills.
• Strong passion for games and creating fun, compelling, and addictive user experiences.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Self-starter, team player, and driven to deliver results.
• Educational background in Technology, Business, or both.
